ROBERT L. STEINER

I want to extend my condolences to the family. Bob Steiner was a valued colleague at the American Council for Judaism. Over the years we shared many memories and Bob's wisdom and experience was an inspiration, He was a dedicated American patriot and was committed to a Judaism of universal moral and ethical values. I plan to prepare a tribute to Bob in our publication, Issues. He will be missed by all of us.

How I will miss my winning tennis partner and the countless years of spending summers with him and of course his charming wife Christine. A special hug goes to "Hog" who knows what that means! Therese and Laurie, Christopher et al.--my love and good wishes.
