Not sure what to say?

My prayers are that Almighty God has mercy on the of soul of Coach Stem, grants him everlasting life and comforts those he leaves behind. I am grateful to have had this man as my high school football coach `91 - `93. I learned from him mental toughness, teamwork, execution, determination and to strive for nothing less than perfection. I carry these lessons with me today. I remember after my last game, a loss to Berwick at Crispin Field for the Eastern Conference Championship my senior year...

Dad, It has been 4 long months since we said goodbye to you. You are greatly missed. You are forever my hero. Love you, Terri

Janice, Deepest sympathy to you and yours from a decendent of a DWH family and a 1956 EHS grad. Emilie Freer Jansma

Dear Stem Family, Coach Bob Stem was an outstanding high school football coach. He taught fundamentals and toughness. He was sincere, genuine and never forgot his roots. It was my privilege to have met Coach Stem through football ... he as a coach and myself as an official. May Coach Stem Rest in Peace. Jim Corpora

Our condolences to the Stem Family. Not only was Bob, (known to us as "Stemmie") a great athlete, but a popular classmate. Besides his football and wrestling accomplishments, he was a Friend to all that knew him. We know you are now assembling a team of our former classmates that have passed. He always bled "Garnet & Gray". Go Liners ! Godspeed and R.I.P. "Stemmie", and You Have Made Our Class PROUD ! PHS Class of 1958
