Several years ago, Robert's cousin was in the ICU for 2 weeks at the UAB hospital. Robert took the time to drive from Atlanta GA to Birmingham AL and visit with the family. His loving care during this time of a serious health crisis has not been forgotten

I am 2nd cousins with Robert - my late parents were David and Hazel Wehunt. I am glad to know that Robert was able to spend many summers in Winston County AL with reunions and decoration days at Ashridge, enjoying Smith Lake & the Sipsey River. I also enjoyed those times with the McCullars, Stewarts, Campbells, Beardens, and other Wehunt relatives.
