He was a Reservist that help out with the Coast Guard Recruiting Office New Orleans 1984-1986 and at the USCG Marine Safety Office New Orleans, LA 1991-1992. Bob and I served together at USCG Marine Safety Office New Orleans from 1991 - 1993 and at USCG Atlantic Area from 2006 - 2008. I just saw his name listed in the USCG retiree magazine as recently deceased and was shocked. Bob was a great friend and mentor and I am so very sorry for your loss. May God Bless Bob and all of you.
