Robert H. Straus

To the family of Bob Straus; It is very saddening to see a fellow classmate and friends name appear in the PD's obituaries. I had hoped that it might have been someone else with the same name. The Newbury High School Class of "68" for which Bob was a member, may have lost one of it's Scholars, and friend, but the memory of him will go on forever in all of our hearts.

To Bob's family: I am so sorry to hear of Bob's death. I am a friend from Newbury School and remember Bob fondly, especially through our high school years. I lived very close to his cousin, Diane Hudak, and just loved his Mom and Dad. I'm sure Bob has led an exemplary life and has gone to heaven too soon. May God bless his soul and help all of you (his family) to cope with your grief. Marcia Munn Kukral

I am so sorry for your loss. I did not know how bad Bob was, but now he is in a good place. It seems like yesterday when you first met him and we were very young. Just the other day we were talking about the picture, I still have, Alex drew for me when he was in the hospital. You are in my prayers.

To Bob's family -- I am so deeply sorry to hear of Bob's passing. During my employment at Timothy P. Hartory & Associates, I enjoyed working with Bob. He was always full of good stories and good advice. He will be deeply missed.
