Bobby was one of the best people I knew I grew up with him we became very close he was one of my closest friends no matter my mood bobby always had a way with making sure I was never sad or in happy we had lost contact for awhile then out of no where we were once again always reunited Bobby you will be very missed I love you! To the family I am truly deeply sorry for your loss I wish I knew sooner about everything I would have been there if any of you need to talk I'll always be here! God...

I didn't know Robert personally as an adult. But knew him as kids. The family lived next to my Grandparents, Dick&Betty Simons. And I briefly went to school with him and his siblings. I remember him as Bobby. I have a cerebral palsy. As a kid I had braces on my legs and walked with a walker. He used to walk me into Ridgeview Elementary everyday and if any kids picked on me he would give them the look and they would leave me alone. So sorry for your loss.
