Dear Lou,

Trish and I want you to know how saddened we are to hear of Bob's passing. He was a true gentleman and a good friend. We shall miss him. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

I am very sorry to hear of Uncle Bob's passing. God has a plan for us all and I am sure he and Louise and Brenda are having a wonderful time getting reacquainted. Brenda and I always treasured our visits with your family. Mark admired Uncle Bob so much he was inspired to join the local county sheriffs office.
Uncle Bob's visits via helicopter to Washington Hosp. Center were a treat for Ernie when he was in critical condition. Ernie would perk up when he saw Bob...

Colonel Suthard was such a nice person - always smiling and friendly. I knew him through the Virginia Credit Union. He will be missed by many people.

I was sorry to hear of your loss. As a Trooper-Pilot with the department, I had the opportunity to fly Col. Suthard on many occasions. He was a true gentleman, and it was always a pleasue to be in his company. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
