Not sure I can truly express my sadness at the passing of Bob. My thoughts and prayers go out to all of Bob's family and friends. I sure will miss his sense of humor and random messages just to check in. Bob, if you could say hello to Les and give my brother a big hug, I sure would appreciate it. See ya when I get there, my friend, save me a good seat at the game.

I was very sad to hear of Bob's passing. While at DOL, he was always kind, knew his stuff and always had a good sense of humor. RIP Bob!!

WHILE AS A TEACHER AT MCCLOSKEY H.S. BOB WAS AN OUTSTANDING PERSON AND ALSO A GREAT BASKETBALL PLAYER. I'M SORRY THAT I WAS OUT OF TOWN. HE WILL BE MISSED BY ALL.

I knew Bob when we both worked at DOL. He was very knowledgeable and had a real concern for the UI claimants who were served by the Albany Local Office. He taught me a lot about the UI program.

I am so sorry to hear that Bob has passed away. He was a good friend , especially during our years working together at DOL. We were both Yankee fans and did a few trips to spring training games together. He was a good guy who will be missed for his good nature and sense of humor. We will miss you Bobby. My condolences to the Talbot family.

So saddened to hear Bobby passed..what a great guy..when he was with DOL we had so much fun..My thoughts are with the family..see ya on the other side..RIP my friend
