Not sure what to say?

Mr. T, you are one of those teachers who people say impacted their life for the better. My life is better because of my elementary school years at Bergen School and the positive influence you were. There is no doubt in my mind that God put me in your class. Gone but surely not forgotten. Love Lauren Bratton

Many of you might know me as Bob's "friend from Canada", and what a good good friendship we had. Bob would call me EVERY Christmas holidays, and we would laugh and talk for hours, sharing stories, and what was going on in our lives (I could never keep track of his dog's names), and he would ALWAYS say a hundred times: "It's SO nice to hear my Canadian friend's voice, eh?" (-: (-: (-: The love of our friendship was very dear to both of us, and Bob, you were a very dear dear friend who I...

Bob, this is your favourite Canuck here, from the Great White North. I am devastated to hear of your death, and am sending you this message through the universe in the place of our yearly Christmas phone call. What a great great great friend you have been to me ever since we walked Stokes Forest one winter back in the mid-70's. I am so very very grateful to have known you, to have been so loved by you, and to have shared so many stories of our lives along the way. What great laughs we had,...

Bob was a great guy, spent many a day with him at the Norwood Inn.will miss him, my condolences to his family

I send my sincerest condolences. MR T, was an amazing human being who loved and cared for all. Instilling a passion for Science that extended to how to love the Earth we live on. Way ahead of his time. He taught me that girls can be competitive in sports , life and most of all in Science. Love and cherished all the time I spent with Mr. T . He was my teacher , counselor and friend. We will all miss him . He will always live on in my memories.

Sincere condolences to Bob's family. One of, if not the best teachers I ever had. A teacher who was not only respected but a true role model. Rest in peace Mr. T

Bob is a friend from Jersey City, Downtown and the JCBOE. Many nights after the Science Fair or night school I would drive him to Avon . We would relive our days from Downtown JC, St. Michaels Gym, 10th Street basketball courts and Hamilton Park. He graduated with my sister Pat from St. Michael's HS in '62. Science was his thing. I was responsible for talking him into teaching in the Jersey City Public Schools when I was an Associate Superintendent. He was needed. He was a breathe ...
