Not sure what to say?

To my dear co worker and friend, another year has gone by without you here, however your gone but never forgotten. Love ya Roy

Mrs. Julia, Sharon & Family,
I can remember before I got married, I would be on my way to work on I-64 and Roy would come up beside me and toot the horn, waving and smiling. He was such a warm spirited person all the time. If he saw you anywhere he would make sure you saw him. I will continue to pray for your family. God Bless.

I worked with Robert from 1993-99. I feel very fortunate that I was able to get to know him because he helped me learn so much about myself and about life. I have really grown to appreciate that over the past eight years.

Julia, Sharon & Family:

It has taken us for a stroll down memory lane with the sudden shock of the passing of Roy. We know that your hearts are saddened and will be for sometime, but remember that weeping comes only for a night and true joy comes in the morning. Remember the good/bad times and they we bring laughter to your souls. We will miss him as well, but we know that God makes no mistakes. Praying for you and with you.

TO MY BROTHER-IN-LAW'S FAMILY:
AS WE HAVE HEARD NUMEROUS TIMES, THE SUN WILL SHINE AND THE CLOUDS WILL ROLL, AND BECAUSE WE ALL CARE, THERE'S HOPE; AND WHEN LIFE SEEMS MUCH HARD TO BEAR, THE LORD WILL GIVE YOU STRENGTH TO COPE. ROY WAS A LOVING, KIND AND HUMOROUS BROTHER-IN-LAW. I WILL MISS HIM, AND I HOPE THAT HIS KINDNESS, LOVE AND EVEN HIS FUNNY SAYINGS WILL LIVE ON IN HIS CHILDREN AND GRANDSON.

LOVE FROM SISTER-IN-LAW CONNIE MICKENS AND FAMILY

To Robbie and Nettie and Family,
Uncle Roy was one of the best uncles a niece could have asked for I remember the time I had my accident and he came over to cheer me up to make me smile and he was the only one that could make that smile come that night. I loved him dearly and will miss him greatly. Robbie and Nettie I am here for you if you need me always.

To Our Son Robbie and Daughter Lynette,

Your father, my husband, our Roy, will always be a treasure I will have and hold deep in my heart. He always will be by our side. I will never forget our special times together growing up as a family. I know he loved us all very much. I am very grateful for God putting him in our lives and thankful for us spending last Christmas together. God and Roy have given me the greatest gifts ever—love and you, my children. Like your daddy would...

To Know him was to luv him! His smile lives on, I can close my eyes & see him, But i still can't believe he's gone. One of the most precious men, I have ever met! I am certain he was one of GOD'S best! He will be missed by many!!!!!!! GOD'S Blessings to everyone that knew him. Amen

Sharon, my prayers are with you and your family at this time. We will miss Roy. Our talk, Sharon, today has helped me. I will be in touch.
