Nov. 20, 1947 - Feb. 4, 2010 Funeral services for the Rev. Robert Lee Tibbs, 62, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Progressive Union Missionary Baptist Church with Dr. Wayne P. Snodgrass officiating. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Royal Funeral Chapel.
