Robert Steven Tims Robert Steven Tims, age 69, of Leander, formerly a Michigan resident for 68 years, died peacefully in his daughter's Suzanne Pydyn home in Leander on Friday, March 3, 2006. He was born on July 19, 1936, in Detroit, Michigan, to parents Robert S. and Helen (Dent) Tims, both who have preceded in him in death. Robert served in the U.S. Army earning the good conduct medal. He is survived by his wife, Margaret Lynn Tims of Warren, Michigan; daughter, Suzanne Pydyn of Leander and Christina Hertrich and husband John of Lum, Michigan; son, Robert Tims of Austin; grandsons, Jonathan Pydyn of Leander and Reagan and Carter Tims, both of Austin; brothers, Mike Tims and wife Judy of Sierra Madre, California, and Donald Tims of North Hollywood, California; and nephew, Josh Tims, Oakland California. Services will be held at later date in Michigan. The family wishes to express their sincere thanks to Hospice Austin.
