I am sorry for your loss of your father and my friend. I remember sharing break times back in detention with Mr. Tovey. He would always have that cigar in his mouth. What a great guy!!! He will surely be missed.

I remember meeting Bob over 35 yrs ago when I was a new teacher. He was the kindest and most thoughtful man toward the kids - he inspired me to get my Masters in special education. He could be just as blustery but you always knew that he was a 'teddy bear' inside - the world needs more Bob Tovey's. My condolences to you all.
