To Kim and boys, My sincere condolences are sent to you today. I do not get the newspaper, so only learned of Bob's passing today. You are in my prayers. Bob was a good friend to Lynn, myself and Missy as she was deciding to pursue a dental future. We will miss him.

I was fortunate enough to get to know Dr. Trout through my volunteer work at the Free Clinic of the New River Valley. He was a most giving and loving man and I feel very blessed having known him.
My love to his family as they grieve their loss.

I knew Dr. Trout from his wonderful work at the Free Clinic. The patients loved him, he was compassionate about his them. He was a wonderful coworker, friend and a dedicated family man. Dr. Trout was sorely missed in the workplace sine he left there, and will be thought of forever for his love and caring of others. May he rest in peace. Amen.
