My thoughts and prayers are with Mr. Uribe's family. I had the honor of meeting him, while I worked at Latin American Affairs, with his daughter Solita. No words could express what a tribute Mr. Uribe was to our city, the First Ward, and Tri-City Ser. He will be missed.

My deepest sympath to Bob's Family. Bob and I served on the Saginaw Economic Deveploment Corp. Board of Directors for many years. He loved people and was a great friend to Tri-Cities SER Jobs for Progress, Inc. Bob name is in the book " Saginaw - A History of the Land and the City", Chapter 9 under "The New Order".
Thank you Bob, my good friend for all you did in Saginaw for all people. God Bless the Uribe Family.
