Not sure what to say?

Just recently learned of his death. We had many adventures as kids living on the same street. I think of him often driving past his old house. RIP

Gus - Gus, you will truly be missed by many! I first met you when you were living on Michigan Street with Hesh and my husband of over 40 years, Rick. I remember Cruiser and the puppies, long philosophical conversations, peanut butter & honey toast, jamming, singing & dancing, and the very long winter when we were snowed in for a “good” time. Your passion for music and life I will always remember. I howl at the moon with you brother!

We so enjoyed listening to him accompany Kathy at our C3 gatherings.

I so appreciated Bob and his music at C3 in Grand Haven! He was a wonderful musician and I looked forward to every visit. He was very gifted. My condolences to his family.

Bob was a great person and musician and loved by many. He is going to be missed when the music world is back in session. I am glad I have copies of his music to listen to now. My condolences to the family. Jan Basham, Spring Lake MI

Bob’s beautiful soul resonated throughout his music and poetry. I wish we all could see and hear the world as he did. Peace.

Besides being one of the most talented keyboard players in West Michigan, Bob was one of nicest persons I have ever met. He recorded an album in my studio back in the 80s when he was with his band "Turning Point." And after that he worked on many other projects as a studio musician.

I am very saddened by this news, and I offer my heartfelt condolences to his family and friends.

I had the biggest crush on Bob in 7th grade because a cemetery wall fell down and he was part of discovering it. I think he might have had his name in the newspaper! To me he was a hero! He was fun to dance with at the junior high dances and was always happy and up beat! We have touched base several times over the years. He was a wonderful musician and friend! ❤

So sorry to hear the sad news about the loss of this good man.
I have the gift of many smiles as I scroll through the memories.
My heartfelt sympathy to all family and friends.
