Not sure what to say?

Please accept my deepest sympathy on the loss of your loved one, Bob Van Winkle. He was such a kind, caring, honest and fair principal.
Eugene and Merrian Washington

Bob's dad came to the Masons and was involved when I was also active. Both Bob and his Father were highly regarded by me as men of true Brotherhood.

Brother Bob was a man of integrity, honor, devotion and an inspiration to all who remembers him. His love for his family, friends, community and his Lord and Savior was easily noticed and felt. He will and you will be in our hearts.

We'll always love you Bob. You were more than a brother - a caring and considerate friend. You will be in our hearts forever.

My prayers are with the family at this time. Bob was a caring and kind person. I will always remember him for caring for God, family, country, and everyone!

Robert will be very missed. He and his Dad were good friends to us for many years. Sorry we are out of town right now but will try to make it back in time for the service. Out prayers are with you.

May our thoughts and prayers serve to strengthen the family at this most difficult time.

Friends of the Herb Van Winkle family.

I am sorry to hear about your loss. I remember Dr. Van Winkle when I was at Wiles Elem. He would always look out for me and make sure I was ok. Him and my father (Walter Lewis) were good friends and I know my father cared much for him. I pray that the family is ok and that God bless even in this time of sorrow... I love you all and you will continue to be in my prayers

Bob was such a wonderful neighbor and helpful member of our community. He will be greatly missed. Our love and prayers are with his family.
