Read MoreDear Mrs. VanArsdall, I worked with Mr. Van in Melbourne for two years then Pan Am moved to Cape Canaveral and I didn't want to make the drive. He was the best person to work for and always made you feel good. He never critized any mistakes but always complimented the good. I'm sure he will be missed by many.
