Robert Frank Visser ?Robert Visser died on April 11, 2018. He leaves behind his daughters, Tracey Simpson and Kelly Siffermann (Dan), grandchildren, Sydney, Sarah, Samantha Simpson, Taylor, Ty and TJ Siffermann, his wife Tammy and his sister Daria Evans. ?Bob was born in Utah, January 27, 1946. He moved to Tempe, AZ his Senior year in high school, where he graduated from Tempe High School in 1964. ?Bob joined the Tempe Police Department, where he served his community for 8 years. He received two commendations for saving the lives of two children in drowning incidents in the same month. ?Thinking teaching might be less stressful, Bob got his teaching degree at ASU and started his second career at Laird School, where he taught 6th grade. He was well respected and well liked by staff and students alike. He found out teaching wasn't less stressful and Bob set out on his third career. He joined Moore-Kent Investigations then later joined USAA where he was a member of the International Association of Special Investigations Unit. Using experiences from both previous career choices, he worked at this endeavor until he retired. ?Bob's choices for fun were golf, not less stressful, and gambling, not less stressful! To relieve these pressures he, much to the amusement of his family, liked to eat round steak and Blue Bell ice cream!? ?

I've known Bob since 1969 when we were on the Tempe Police Dept together for a few years. Later we went to Real Estate School together and then joined Red Carpet Realtors. Later Bob left to go back to teaching. Christmas season 1976 we both went to work for UPS as seasonal drivers. In 1980 I invited Bob to join me as a Private Investigator with an insurance claim investigation firm named Moore-Kent Inc. In 1984 Bob and I and another partner, Tom Pugh, bought Moore-Kent Inc. Bob left the...

I have some wonderful memories of Mr. Visser! Most of all, him driving us girls around in his Ranchero (in the back of course - no seatbelts) and going over speed bumps fast so we almost flew out. He raised two great girls, Tracey being one of my oldest and dearest friends. Thanks for being a great neighbor!

May you Rest In Peace.
Miss you
