just found out this morning, by happenstance, that my beloved neighbor, Mr. Wagner passed away...he was the sweetest gentlemen that I've ever met and I am sincerely saddened by his loss! <3 He would always have funny anecdotes to share with me about gardening, parenting, and easing my pains of becoming a homeowner...I will surely miss his beaming smile and "hey Carol"s from across our fence! Dave and I remember Mr.Wagner fondly and all the good times we had in MYF at Church of the Cross when Mr and Mrs. Wagner were our youth group leaders.
