Robert Wainscott Obituary
on April 23,2017, in Houston, Texas.
Mr.Wainscott was born in Atlanta, Texas on August 7, 1936 to Mr.Rubert and Mrs.Ruby Wainscott.
He worked for many years as a computer draftsman and business owner in Houston, Texas. He enjoyed being a private pilot, building and flying model airplanes and spending time with family.
Robert Wainscott is survived by 2 daughters( Monica Straka) and Brenda Wainscott-Stamatis), 8 grandchildren
(Lucas Stamatis, Drake Stamatis, Rees Straka, Rex Stamatis, Jase Straka, Seth Straka, Ruby Stamatis and Alex Straka). In
addition to friends and family, including his beloved Aunt Billie Bruton and treasured brother Charles R. Wainscott.
The family wishes to extend our sincere thanks to the staff at Vantage Hospice and to Pastor David Ruzika, of Fort Bend
Fellowship, for providing Bob with comforting words, smiles and care in his final days.
Reception will immediately follow, inurnment will be at a later date at Grove Hill Memorial Park in Dallas, Texas.
Arrangements under the direction of Katy Funeral Home, Katy, TX.

It was a pleasure getting to know Bob over the years. His playful gentleness and patient manner stand out in my mind. Whenever I see small aircraft I always think of him. I am grateful for the many shared memories of family gatherings both large and small. Sending you all my deepest love and sympathy.
