Barbara & Jeff, My heart is filled with sympathy for your loss. Barbara, I will always remember you and Bob as our wonderful neighbors many years ago. It was just a few years ago, I had jury duty with Bob, we had lunch and talked about old times. It was so nice to reminisce. Bob Welser was a man of great character and quite a character too!
