Read MoreWhen passing through Bridgeton, when driving down Deerfield Pike, I often think of Bob. I always enjoyed his sense of humor and stories of the old days of the area. He was a good story-teller and it was fine with me if all of his stories were "reruns". May his knowledge live on in his friends and acquaintances.

Bob was one of those amazing people who had a wealth of knowledge at his fingertips. He was a good friend to my mother and father, Dana and Frank Fekel, and my brothers and I enjoyed getting to know him after my father passed away. The world is the less for Bob's passing.

So very sorry for your loss! He was very generous sharing his knowledge of Ham radios. He invited our Cub Scout Troop to his home to see and use a ham radio. I know that you will miss him greatly! Cherish your memories.
