I was saddened to come across Bob’s obituary and wanted to send a brief note to his family. I’m so sorry for your loss. I was a client of Bob’s. I have a small consulting business in Boston. I worked with Bob from 2000 until his retirement. I felt fortunate having his help with our insurance decisions and enjoyed our conversations once or twice a year. He was such a pleasure to work with - always knowledgeable, professional and personable.
