Not sure what to say?

I think of you often as I do with your brother Jerry. You were truly unflappable in the hectic world of advertising and wee truly a gentleman´s gentleman. Like so many others, l miss you my friend.

He was the light in my world many times throughout the years. C

Bob Whitten was a love of my life. Since the day I saw him 61 yrs ago on a Seattle Bus until he married his wife Jacie we were soul mates of a kind. Since his passing I've accomplish many things because when he told me I could accomplish anything I wanted in the 90s, I've remembered his encouragement. He was right. His passing is a great loss to our community. This message is so late because I didn't learn of his death until 2022. Catherine (Cate) Forrest '

We just now learned of Bob's passing. He was a special friend, as well as a long time customer at Taylor Brake. To Jackie, Dan, & the rest of his family, we send our love, and God's peace in this time of mourning.

What a class act!!! Made everyone around him feel good with his caring, and considerate way. Always a great time, a great sense of humor, he was an all around great guy.No replacement for Bob , but great memories will last forever. My ten years in Seattle were special , because of Bob, Dan, Jackie, and the rest of the Gang. All the Best for all Family, and his many friends......

I was sad to read about Bob's passing but took comfort in the thought that he was no longer suffering physically.

Bob was my Step Dad and involved in my life from when I was about 10 into my 20s. He was a kind and loving step father, who used humor to diffuse tension throughout my teen years. I always felt loved and supported by Bob and greatly appreciate having him in my life.

I am thinking of all those who love him and sending them comfort and support.

May he rest in...

It was with great sadness that I read of Bob's passing. Bob was truly one of a kind gentleman in many different ways. His smile was contagious, his humor, intellect, good looks and professionalism were without equal. In the most hectic business of advertising, he was calm, courteous and unquestionably one of the best in the business. I first met Bob in the 1960's through his brother Jerry who was my best friend. At that time while working for The Seattle Times, we had what we thought...

My deepest sympathy to my dearest friend Jackie and her family. I only had the pleasure of meeting Bob a time or two, but my mother and I will always remember he and Jackie attending her husband, my dad's funeral service at Tahoma mid-September 2013. Bob was impeccably dressed and the blue tie he wore highlighted his blue eyes. It has been said that the eyes are the windows to one's soul - what a sole as you all know.

The earth lost a diamond, but Heaven gained a star.

I am so thankful to have had joy of having Bob in my life. I will always remember his incredible sense of humor and contagious laugh. He will be so very missed. Love, Tiffany Fasano
