Not sure what to say?

Our dear Bob I meant Bob many years ago . He was my great neighbor wonderful man, he was kind, thoughtful and always had a wonderful smile. My husband Cass would go to the end of our driveway by the burning bin and talk for hours. Together they would discuss politics and their work and how to solve the world´s problems . I will always remember his smile and all the kind words. All his family and his friends will remember him this way... When my husband passed Bob would bring me my mail...

I think for me Uncle Bob was put on a pedestal 50 years ago when I first heard the story of him putting a frying pan in his pants before a spanking from Grandma Wielinga. His legend grew from there, whether or not it was the shooting of the "deer", finding out many years later it had been miscoded when the county converted the records from manual to electronic, the nickname "stinky", the "blessing of the bikes", the 20 bottles of water stored in Evan Williams bottles at the Lake Hartwell...

"Do we get to keep the cow?" - A memory that you need to ask the family for details about. Uncle Bob was a sweet, funny, fun, caring man. He loved his family and friends. We'll miss him. - Paul Winer PS - These photos include his Sister Mary, His mother and father Meryl and Andrew and his wife Nancy.

I am very sorry to learn of Bob's passing. I haven't seen him in many years. I knew him in school and Michigan National Guard, I believe we shared a tent at Camp Grayling in the 1950s. I also worked at Canteen Service when he did. I had not seen him in many years. I brother Richard was from Iron's and knew Bob too. Again, very sorry for your loss.
