Michele Branden and family. My deepest sympathy for the loss of such a good man and father. Will always remember how he played Santa for all my students at St. Thomas and especially having Branden in my classroom. My he patrol the streets of gold and in gods hands. God just needed another ANGEL. Rest in peace my dear friend. Susie Atwell.

Very saddened to hear of Rob´s Passing. My heartfelt condolences to his family as well as the WSPD family. May he rest in peace.

Rob's genial way and pleasant smile will be missed. The Town is a better community with his service. My condolences to the Wilbur family and his extended family, the West Side PD.

Rob was a good friend and great guy. Well liked by everyone. Had many good times and laugh's together. Loved working with him. Will remember the breakfasts we had together at my house. Rob loved bacon. We offer our sincere condolences to all the Wilbur family and his friends. Will Miss him a lot.

A good man, straight up, honest hard working and very helpful as a C/O at the Hampden County Sheriffs Dept. before starting in West Side. Too many of those who serve pass on too soon. Remember the good times as you mourn your loss. John Opitz
