Not sure what to say?

Dear Mrs. Wilder,
I apologize that this is late, but I just heard that Dr. Wilder had been ill and had passed.
I was very saddened to hear of Bob's passing. He and I had worked together at Sinai Hospital, Baltimore, on Sinai Hospital's first open heart surgical team 1972 - 1973. I always admired his surgical skills and his wonderful demeanor. I have enjoyable memories of his witty personality. Many years had passed until just recently I found out that his daughter, Lori and son-in-law...

Dear Butz:

We feel with you.

Erika and Steve

Dearest Butz, What sad news! I know that we haven't been in touch in awhile, but the both of you have such a warm spot in my heart; it makes me smile when I think of all the wonderful times we shared. Take care of yourself and know that my loving thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Always, Tommie

Dear Butz:

What a sad, sad day it is to hear of Bob's passing. I wish I could be there to give you a warm hug. (Wait, here it is XOXO)

I love this photo here on the website of Bob. What a guy. Loved by so many people.

I have so many wonderful memories of both you guys. "Dr. Bob Wilder", as my "special weekly guest" on KTOK Radio. Your beautiful home here in Oklahoma City.

And, a few years back, walking up the pier where your boat was moored and watching...

Butz,
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your entire family at this difficult time. I only knew Rob for a short breif period however he made a strong, warm, welcoming impression on me. Please know that you are in my thoughts and my heart.

Dear Butz and family, we are deeply saddened to learn of Bob's passing. We feel honored to have known him and to say Bob was our friend. We credit Bob for helping Charlie through a rough medical period. Charlie always referred to Bob as "my friend the famous cardiologist" and it is not hard to read why. Butz, we pray your memories of the man that adored you will sustain you during this difficult time. We know Bob loved your boys as if they were his own children. We will stop by to visit...

Bob Wilder was a fine physician and our company, Medical Air services Association, had the honor of utilizing his services as our medical director for many years. Bob was with MASA from the very beginning and he helped us immensely. As valuable as he was to us professionally, I will miss him personally much more as he was a true friend in every sense of the word. Our thoughts and prayers are with Butz and family in their time of grief.
