Not sure what to say?

Bob has been a very special friend
since first grade. Future visits to
LaGrande won't be quite the same with-
out seeing that smiling face and hear-
ing all the latest local news. He seemed to know everyone in OR! He will
be missed by us and, I'm certain, every-
one that knew him!

Dave and Veda Hall

Dear Teresa, Mike and the entire family. We are very saddened by your dad's illness and subsequent - quick passing. I've heard that he was checking off all the final items before he departed (what a blessing!).
I will forever remember him sunning himself in all his glory at Teresa and Chuck's firepit - while two of his grandsons played under foot. That must be part of his heaven.

Take care and God bless.

The Morelands

Bob was an integral part of a La Grande contingent to the University of Oregon. Their membership in Phi Kappa Psi fraternity made a significant impact on the success of the house and paved the way for future members of the fraternity of which I was one.
Their reputation on campus was well known and highly regarded.
Following graduation from U of O, I returned to La Grande and was grateful to join Bob in many community and business activities. It was comforting to be able to rely...

I am so sorry to hear of Bob's passing. He was always positive and always smiling. He loved LaGrande and worked tirlessly to keep it a great place to live. My condolences to all of the family and a special hug for Richard. Peace be with you.

Although I haven't seen Bob since I retired from the insurance business many years ago, I feel a profound sense of loss at his passing. He will be truly missed by all who knew him. My condolences to his family.

The Board of Directors of the Oregon Land Title Association send their condolences to the Wilkins' family. Bob was a wonderful and caring man who contributed his time and title knowledge to our association for many years.

Mike,After we spoke in church yesterday I went and looked the Obituary up. His background is indeed quite impressive. I am surprised he never ran for office, growing up in Washington would have been an experience. He has now passed into the arms of God the great healer! No more suffering no more pain and finally at peace.Life is only a journey...God is the destination.

I am sorry to hear about Bob

My condolences to Bob's family.
