Not sure what to say?

I can't believe it's been 9 years since Bob's passing. Just this morning, as I try to do each year on my birthday, I think of the people who have had significant influence on my life, and Bob came to mind. Little did I know I would be later reminded of his passing - there are no coincidences..., he is still in my thoughts and prayers!

Our hearts go out to you and your family in this time of sorrow.
Luis Macedo & Family

My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.

On behalf of four members of the 49ers, Jack, Jason, Wesley, and Barrett Rhoads, I want to give my heartfelt sorrow to Bob's family and my sincere thanks to Bob. I'm sure my dad has got the food ready for him, my brothers and I will just remember.

I'm sorry we cannot be with you to celebrate your life and accomplishments. Your friendship has meant alot to me over the years.

Sincerely, Betty and "Mitch" Grafton

49 - where did I hear that number before? That's how many years I've known our beloved Scoutmaster. As tears roll down my face, I realize they are not for Bob. They are for me and everyone else he left behind. I know that all the angels of Heaven are rejoicing now one of the finest angles on earth has joined them. To Arlene, Bob, Jr. & Jane, may your hearts mend and your memories stay strong and may God keep you in his warm embrace.

I first met the old Campmaster in the 1980's when I was taken in as a member of the 49er's Camping Association at our beloved Hawks Nest Camp. He very soon endeared himself to me, as he did for most folks who broke through the business end of his finger, forever pushing up the old glasses in respectful disrespect. For all of his life's accomplishments and dedicated services, I'd only ever heard him speak of what he could do for others, never of or for himself. He has served us all honorably...

As a member of the Criss Family, I grew up thinking that "Uncle Bob" and "Aunt Arlene" truly were our relatives because we spent so much time together on weekends, holidays and in the summer! Scouting and church camp were building blocks in our family values, too, and my sister Barb and I also were proud (girl)scouts. Although I'm miles away, my heart & soul are with Aunt Arlene, Bobby, and Janey during this time. I will NEVER forget my childhood filled with my parents' wonderful friends...

I wish I could be there with all of you.I have many fond memiories of Uncle Bob and Aunt Arlene. My love to all
