Robert C. Williams

Bob was a good friend in both university and law school. More than fifty years ago, he spent Thanksgiving with my family outside Philadelphia. His family often reciprocated on my summer trips through Michigan in the sixties. Even though I moved to the Pacific Northwest, I kept in touch with him on visits to Michigan and via the occasional phone call. He typically peppered me with questions about my family and our mutual friends and it was only through my persistence that I could get him...

I worked with Bob for years in Oakland County. I always considered him to be kind and friendly. His passing is a real loss to all.

Bob and I worked together at the Juvenile Court when he was first a prosecutor and I was a new social worker. He was a dear friend and mentor at that time and we continued to be good friends through the years. We shared many good times early on. My deepest sympathy to his family, I know he will be deeply missed.

Bob was a remarkable man and a true friend. He always cared more about helping others than he did about himself. He will be greatly missed.
