Robert Olon Wingard

Robert and I were friends since the second grade at Pleasant Hill Elementary, a little country school outside of Austin,Texas. Robert was always one of the smartest in the class and one of the best athletes. He was a little league star early on. He and I put a lot of miles on our bikes in those days. Fond memories.

Robert and I were Revenue Officers at IRS in Dallas in the early nineties. He was a friend and mentor who I missed when he retired. He will surely be missed by his family and all who knew him.
