Every time Robert and I stop by Flying J in Ripon, we think of Bob. We used to always catch him patroling that area on our way in or out of town. We wish the Winget family a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

I just heard the news of his passing, i was a young 22 year old LAPD officer when i would talk to him around Foothill Station. I used to think" Man, this guy really likes being a cop". I was hopeful i would like the job as much as he did.
Now, 25 years later and now 48 years old, i do. He was a funny guy and really a great person. May God bless him and carry his soul to heaven.
