Dr. Winter was determined to have me join the faculty of Montville Township High School in 1984. I initially turned him down, but his personal phone call to reconsider and eventual interview convinced me that Montville Township was where I belonged...and he was right, since I spent 22 years of my career there! My very first class even included Bryan and Dr. Winter sent me a very complimentary note after he attended Back To School Night in his role as parent. He also took the time to send...

I had the privilege to know Dr. Robert Winters who was our principal when I attended Montville High School. He was a great person and was always there for us. It is so sad to lose such a fine person who did so much for many.

Dr. Winter was my History teacher, Boonton High School class of 1968. He was always so nice. Glad
he had such a great life.

Bonnie, I am sad to hear of the passing of fellow Valley classmate. Bob was a true vocal supporter of the education of all students. He will be missed.
