I have a wonderful memory of staying with Uncle Bob and Aunt Sylvia as a kid and playing with his two incredibly well-trained, beautiful white Labrador Retrievers. Bob was always kind and fun. I loved listening to his deep speaking and singing voice. Whenever we parted, instead of a standard goodbye he would say "See you in the funny papers!"
I appreciated my time spent with him and his example of being kind and genuinely interested in me as a kid.

Sorry to read about Bob. Rudy and I so enjoyed knowing them over the years. Please know , Sylvia that I will be praying for yo especially in these coming days.

Bob was such a friendly gentleman. I got to know him at FBC over 5+ years. My heart breaks for Sylvia, as they were always so close. Praying for calm hearts and clear minds for Sylvia and her family. RIP, Bob. You are walking with Jesus now.
