Radm Wooding was my boss from 1967 to 1970. I will always remember him as one of the finest men and leaders I ever knew in my navy and civilian careers. My sincere condolences to his family.

We want to express our condolences to Rear Admiral Wooding's family on his passing. Reading his obituary in the paper, we are so grateful for the many years of leadership he provided in the Navy. His courage and sacrifice are part of the reason we continue to celebrate our freedom as a nation today. What a wonderful legacy to pass on to his family!
