Daddy, I've been remembering the fun/funny times, like watching you blush after you tried to tell a joke..or being the straight man/fall guy for Mom's antics. You held me when I hurt, gave me your last 50 cents to buy an icecream, & gave me a whoopin' when I needed it. Bob and I go all the way back to my childhood. He was my dad’s ‘right’ hand guy handling all matters administrative at Cayuga Lumber Co., in Ithaca, NY. To me Bob was always even tempered, had that deliberate thought and action process and, was a real nice guy. As I got older I always enjoyed his wry sense of delightful humor.
