Robert was born on January 5, 1940 and passed away on Monday, May 20, 2019. Robert was a resident of Palestine, Texas at the time of passing. He graduated from Bullard High School in 1958. After high school, he joined the U.S. Air Force and was stationed in Italy and Turkey from 1961 to 1965. Burial will follow at Flint Cemetery in Flint under the direction of Stewart Family Funeral Home. Visitation is scheduled from 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 23, 2019 at Stewart Family Funeral Home, 7525 Old Jacksonville Highway, in Tyler. If desired, memorials may be made to Flint Community Church, 11019 CR 174, Bullard, TX 75757.
