Beloved husband of over 60 years to Arlene; devoted father of Steve (Vickie) and Jeff (Tamy); dear brother of Marion (the late Dr. Safwat) Erian; cherished grandfather of Katrina (Ryan) Cummins, and Natalie and Dylan Younker; and great grandfather of Aiden and Abigail. Funeral Service Friday, May 22, 12 Noon, at the Heeney-Sundquist Funeral Home, 23720 Farmington Rd., (btw. 9-10 Mile Rds., just N of Grand River), downtown Farmington (248-474-5200). I remember Bob from nearly 50 years ago when I lived in his parents' apartment in Lapeer. He and Arlene were always so kind. My condolences to Arlene and their family. Bob was a very nice man and loved his family.

It is with fond memories that
I am reminded of Mr. Younker,
my teacher in Electronics 1,2 and
3 at Southfield Senior High School
in the early 70's.
I remember him as a friendly teacher
who allowed me to take on several
independent projects, as well as lead
the class once.
He was always enthusiastic, and
enjoyed the topic he taught.
My condolences to the family
of Robert Younker. He will
be missed, and remembered as well.
