To Carol and Family... My wife Karen worked with Bob at IBM. You and Bob took us on our first sailboat ride on Cleveland Lakefront Harbor from Forest City Yacht Club about 1986. You were both so nice to us. Because of that, the love of sailing was instilled in us forever. I will always be grateful to him for his generosity and kindness for the time he gave us in setting up our first boat and all the patience and advice he gave. We want to express our deepest sympathies to you and...

Mrs. Zawacki, Brett, Bart, and Cheryl ...

I just heard that Mr. Zawacki had passed, and am so very sorry. Being long time neighbors ... growing up down the street, and moving back after Mom passed ... I have many memories spanning the years of a very nice man, and always enjoyed running into him and Mrs. Zawacki, and chatting for a while.

Our thoughts and prayers are surely with you as you manage the difficult days ahead. May your cherished memories, along with the faith of...

Carol and family

hugs

Dear Carol, Bart, Brett, and Cheryl, We were so sorry to hear of Bob's passing. Every Sunday & Monday we enjoyed Bob's smiling face as he strolled in to enjoy a meal. Always on time, always happy. We will miss him dearly.

May faith, hope and love give the family strength at this time of sorrow.

I lived next to the Zawacki family from age 2 to 18. One of my earliest memories is of Cheryl standing next to her Mom waving to me and my Mom. I was a fixture at their house. Mr and Mrs Zawacki had to put up with a lot of trouble from a ton of kids in neighborhood running around their yard. They had the ultimate circular yard which was ideal for ghost -in-the-graveyard games all summer. They also had nice show dogs - Dutchess and Kelly. Mr Zawacki was very orderly and liked his house to be...
