Not sure what to say?

The words to express how I feel about missing my friend haven´t been created yet. I am at a complete loss. It´s like I just go through the motions everyday, but I´m waiting for Bob to come busting through my front door like always, but it doesn´t happen. I sit here & wait, but my door doesn´t move. We always spent time together at the Holidays so this year will be more lonely than others. I guess I´ll sit here & think of how it used to be & then try to deal with the reality of how it is now....

Dad, the holidays are upon us. This is the first year without you and Mom together here it´s going to be hard. We miss you so much but I know you´re with Mom up above. All I ask is that you watch over all of us every day. Down here will keep things going cause that´s the way you would want it to be. Dad we love you today and always. Ryan

To the Zygarowski Family, So sorry about Bob. You have my deepest sympathy. I missed this service, I'm sorry. What a great human being Bob was. For almost 10 years, he was substitute teacher at Holyoke High School. One of the few who still brought the paper in and after he read the Union, he drop it off in my room. We ate lunch together and talked about everything: politics, sports, obituaries, the police and the future of our country. I enjoyed...

Bob was a true friend to all. I always enjoyed talking with him. Most recently we shared a table at a birthday or anniversary party at the boathouse. He shared insight into Chicopee politics. He was considering running one more time. Always the voice of reason. He did it for his people. He was such a great guy. Prayers and warm hugs to his family and his friends. May he rest in eternal peace.

Dear Officer Bob & the Zygarowski family, I met Officer Bob at the D.A.R.E. Program at Selser School back in the late 90s. He was a HUGE part of my childhood and i have alot of great memories of him & i know this to be true of many many many many folks in Chicopee. What a man he was, what a human being. He was one of the few people who saw past my troubled youth, he saw past my behavior problems and cared so much for me, i shed some tears as i type this but happy tears because i got to know...

I am terribly sorry to hear of the passing of Officer Bob. He was and still is someone I think back on fondly. He was my D.A.R.E. officer in 1997 and scared me when it came to drugs. He was so animated and amazing at what he did to teach us kids to "Just Say No!". Imagine my surprise when I walked into a classroom in a new school district only to find Officer Bob subbing the class six years later! As soon as I locked eyes with him, I yelled out "Aren't you Officer Bob" like he was a celebrity...
