I'm sending my sincerest condolences. My mother (Estella San Juan) attended Epiphany with Mrs. Bowen. She remembers when Ruthie was born. I was Ruthie's second grade tutor and always knew she would grow up to be lovely, sweet and kind just like her mother. I'm so proud of your accomplishments, Ruthie. God bless your mother and her beautiful family. Rest in peace, Mrs. Bowen.
