I worked with Robbie at Harcourt Brace Jovanovich starting in 1979 in San Francisco. We became friends ... and I was friends with her good friend Trisha ... I am stunned to hear this news, but I wish all of Robbie's family and friends love and comfort. She was a brilliant and beautiful person ... and a good friend to my budding editorial self. I loved my dear cousin, Robbie. She had such a passion for life and things that mattered. She is missed dearly. I pray for her husband, Matt. I know she had a great love for him.
