Not sure what to say?

Dear Alyssa and Andrew
I was so sorry to hear the news about your mom. She was such a warm, caring and fun person; I have wonderful memories of being at your house as a kid and feeling very welcomed by her.
Love,
Rose

Andrew and Alyssa - I only heard much later that your mom had died. Carl and I were so sad to hear that, and feel the world emptier without her. I have such good memories of the time we were friends, and I was always so happy to cross paths with her, which happened every year or two, since all you children grew up and out. Her face is so vivid in my memory, as she would tell me some event or encounter in her life in such good humored and wry detail. I hope you both will rekindle some...

To the family:
My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Roberta was a valued friend to a lot of people, especially members of St. John's in Watertown and my late husband, Bob.

Dear Andrew and Alyssa,
I'm so sorry for your loss. Our family will miss her always kind and cheerful presence on Appleton Street.

Roberta exemplified what it means to be fully present in the world. Her attitude, gusto and resiliency were remarkable. She was a great role model and will be sorely missed.

My deepest sympathies to the family of this wonderful woman.

With the support group... we will miss you.

I was always inspired and energized by Roberta, I was so incredibly lucky to be in that fabulous cancer support-group with her. We shared tears and laughter and information and experiences; and it helped get me through.

Dear Andrew and Alyssa,

I am so sorry for your loss. Your mom was such a kind and wonderful woman. You are in my thoughts.
