Not sure what to say?

This wonderful lady was my OB department supervisor from 1988-1998. So sorry to hear of her passing. Lot of good memories. Cathy Blankenship, Fayetteville, Ga

In 1972 when I was 22, Roberta soothed me and protected me during 3 days of labor which finally delivered a daughter that we knew would not survive. She was a wonderful, caring person and a compassionate nurse during those difficult days. I have always remembered her fondly. I am sorry for her loss. May warm memories of Roberta bring comfort to family and friends

Mrs. Chunn was my OB supervisor from my hire date in 1979 until her retirement. She was one of the first two OB RN's in Merced to be certified "Inpatient OB Nurse" by NAACOG (now AWHONN). With her encouragement and support, I was certified in 1981. I remember her sitting in her "office" in L&D area when Mercy Hospital was located on M St. and Bear Creek Drive. She seemed to always know what was happening, especially in L&D. She was readily available to doctors and her staff to chat,...

She was my favorite boss. A co-worker of mine gave her the nickname "Chunny Bun". Bobbie got a kick out of the name and promptly gave the co-worker a nickname of her own. I remember Mrs. Chunn with great fondness.

When I was a nursing student, before I graduated, this wonderful women asked me to work in her dept. Those were the best years of my life! Thank you Mrs Chunn, you will be missed. Love to your family during this difficult time

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
