Not sure what to say?

I met Roberta 12 years ago when we worked with the same client. I last saw her in May at the DCSRG. Through the years - always upbeat, bright in every way. Dear family, please know that so many, including me, are thankful to have known her.

Many will aspire but few will attain the happiness and peace that come from a life well lived. Roberta was a guiding light for those who seek to attain balance in their work and personal life. The wisdom to enjoy and cherish family and to treat others with love and compassion. Roberta lives on through all she has accomplished and in the lives of those she has enriched.

Roberta you have taught me so much by your example that has served me well not only in the senior services field, but in life in general. I will always remember what a pleasure and privilege it was to work with you on the Silver Spring Senior Village at Springvale Terrace and how our relationship grew closer over the years. You have been an excellent mentor and very dear friend. I will miss you so much. Thank you, Roberta, for being a wonderful inspiration to all of us! Mark Sargent

I am so sorry for your loss. I recently found comfort in the book of Psalms that God is near to those broken in spirit.

Roberta, you will be missed. I remember my first meeting with you at GROWS as I was at Springvale Terrace. I also recall fondly your stories of beginning the CHSP Personal Care and Assisted Living programs at Springvale Terrace, and your moving the meetings of the Silver Spring Village from your dining room table to Springvale Terrace as participation grew. You will remain a guiding light to those of us in the profession of serving seniors.

Roberta was an inspiration to all of us who served the Senior Community in Montgomery County. We worked together at Grows and she provided kind considerate and compassionate service to many of my clients over the years. My deepest sympathy to all the Gosier family. Bob Morin

What a wonderful picture of Roberta! It truly captures her always-present cheerfulness and sense of humor. Back in 1996 I was encouraged to attend a meeting of the founding leaders of what was to become, greatly due to her diligence, the national organization of the American Association of Daily Money Managers right here in my hometown, Silver Spring, MD. That first meeting led to my knowing this gracious lady who became a dear friend, traveling companion and roommate at our annual...

Roberta will be deeply missed by all of us who were part of her Daily Money Management community. She was generous with her time and expertise, and it was a pleasure to work with her. My deepest sympathy goes out to you.

In the years I was privileged to work with Roberta through AADMM, I enjoyed and admired her leadership, compassion, strength, and commitment to helping others. And her love of family was inspiring to many. Heartfelt sympathies to her family.
