Our Roberta... robertacat!
I adored her! Glamorous, serious, witty, and all about the music. I think I first played with her in 1982, I am proud to have been one of "Roberta's All-Stars."
In 1990 I bumped into Ro on one of her October trips to NYC. She said, "Hi, what have you been practicing?" I said, "Lush Life," and she said "Come over when we get home."
I did, and she put me through my paces.
