Mrs. Simmons is an inspiration to many people. As I reflect on our days at Swensens Restaurant, I remember how down to earth she was in dealing with co-workers of different races, gender and age. My husband Anthony never stopped talking about her, even as many years have passed. We hold a lot of memories of her in our hearts. We are fortunate to have known such a warm and loving person. We pray God will continue to comfort the family.
