Roberto Mendoza passed away in New Orleans, Louisiana. The obituary was featured in The Times-Picayune on March 31, 2011.
Dr. Mendoza was my pediatrician all the way into adulthood. He was a wonderful and kind man. I can remember him giving me samples to keep my parents from buying a prescription. Rest in peace.

I am so grateful to had , Doctor Mendoza as my doctor he use to come in the room to see me and he use to say my boy how are u feeling and he understood what was feeling like with my sick symptoms and I was sick alot but he was a angel from heaven

First and foremost I'd like to wish you a Happy Birthday Dr. Mendoza. You had a "Heart of Gold" and loved everyone you came across dearly especially your patients.
