Robin was a part of my youth and now our youth is disappearing, which is sad in many ways. He came to UK in 1977 during the Queens Jubilee and was forcibly swept away in the English consciousness of royalty. He took it all in good humour . Betty, I have such fond memories of our high school years living at 1919 Ygnacio Valley Road. Robin was always making us laugh with his timely quips. The world has lost a very kind and gentle person. I will always remember him with a smile. Rest in peace dear Robin.

I was so sad to hear about Robin. I enjoyed working with him when I was at State Parks. I left in 2008 and did not know that he was ill. He was always in a good mood - something I really admired. Please accept my sincere condolences.
